Very personable, informative and efficient.
The service I received was at the Grand Island, NY service center. I called hoping for same day service to put my new tires on and have my vehicle inspected. They got me right in! It was the new managers first day. He was very polite and professional! Service was quick, my new tires feel great! Unfortunately, I noticed a dent and 2 scratches on my driver side after the service. One of the scratches is all the way down to the metal. I did not say anything. The truck was on and off the lift so quickly, I was surprised to see that the technician said he was finished with the oil change. The tires were not rotated as the receipt had said, and I know I overpaid for this service by at least $30-40. Will plan ahead in the future and deal with the Ford dealership.
