I've been here with our cars a few times since moving to the area, and Monro has been nothing but helpful! Doing the hopefully easiest repair first, then talking through options when the car still doesn't want to cooperate. They explain what needs done and why, which is great.

First I made an appointment for Thursday afternoon. Then I get a phone call saying they are too busy and will have to reschedule me. So I make an appointment for Saturday afternoon. I have my van for over half an hour when they call me up to the counter and say they cannot balance my tires. They claim my van broke their lift because it is too heavy.
