Long standing go to shop for regularly scheduled oil changes/tire rotations that usually include an all points inspection of tires, brakes etc. as stated on their work order/invoice. Unfortunately, this visit did not include the all points inspection as evidenced by my actual tire pressure being at 30 psi (observed as i drove off the shop lot) which was especially noticeable since the Monro specs on the invoice call for at least 32psi. Growing up, my dad had a local garage where he would take our cars all of the time, knowing that the crew there would treat us and our vehicles with respect and fairness. I feel like I have found that same place at this Monro shop. Great and friendly team, top-notch service, and I fully trust them to treat me fairly!
