Went for inspection. Car came back with no coolant reservoir cap. When i went in to talk to them they ignored me and talked to someone else right in front of me. Rude. Another time i Had an emergency, needed to pick my son up in Boston and I caught a screw in my tire. They wouldn't even let me use their soapy water to check if there was a leak. Would not recommend.
Came into your middletown location today for a last minute oil change had the pleasure of meeting with Carrie today she took the time to make sure that my records were correct and I was getting exactly what I asked for as I have had issues in the past . I can't Waite to revist the warren location when she takes over there .
I brought my vehicle in because of the loud noise coming from the undercarriage. It was Inspected and noted replaced a tie Rod ends… Tire alignment 600 and something dollars… The vehicle still makes noise going over the smallest bump. I guess I’m gonna have to take it someplace else to Find out if there’s anything else going on, you think Before they did an alignment, they would check everything obviously they didn’t so I’m not happy. I think three stars is Being kind
