Was told my car needed new breaks and pads. I disagreed and took to another garage who said breaks still had 50% life. Clearly they were padding the bill. My family and I had been using Monroe for many years but now we dont trust them anymore and will be taking our cars elsewhere from now on.
On time appointment to locate leak in a tire repaired, and on my way in 15 minutes.
I just want to say that Phil the manager at this Monro is very professional and respectful. He told me what was going on with my car. He got me right in and takes care of it fast and efficient, I have followed Phil to multiple locations over the years, I would trust anyone else but him to look at your car. Thank you for being efficient and fast. A Loyal customer.
