Was hoping for a good experience. I usually use monro in haverhill. ( no problems) Was in danvers area , greeted by scott ( very monotoned) He did fine but not very friendly/ pleasant . I asked if I could please have a tire rotation and air pressure check as my back left tire has a slow leak. After complete, I checked with Scott that tire rotation took place and tire filled. Nicholas at Monro saved the day! I was driving on Route 1 late this morning when my passenger rear tire completely blew out! My husband came to put the donut on and we looked up tire shops open on Sunday. Monro was open and even though Nicholas was working alone and very busy, he fit us in. He provided great service and I think most people would have told us to come back the next day; we really appreciate the help!
