I needed a new battery. It was installed promptly. My only complaint was the sign out front stated free installation and my bill said free installation but I was charged $55 for the installation. I pointed this out and Carlos was shocked to see the charge on my bill. They could not credit my credit card but I was assured a check will be mailed to me refunding me of the installation fee.
