I appreciated the knowledge and assistance. The crew moved quickly and efficiently. The part I was unhappy about revolves around fees that were not disclosed upon making the appointment online.
I had a sudden exhaust pipe issue. Came on Sunday, the people were super nice and welcoming. Had to come back on Monday to fix it and it all went really smooth and fast. They were also honest about the pricing upfront. Excellent service and I would go back again if I have an issue (hopefully not soon haha)
*edit I have now been twice for oil changes and I have had two great experiences. Highly recommend! Staff was friendly and helpful and made the whole process easy!
Good price, quick service, and the employees were very courteous
Go to Northampton or to Enfield! Great workers, lousy manager! Manager incorrectly diagnosed repair then refused to acknowledge error. Took over 2 months for corporate to get things right and at another store!
