I was given false information by the call center in regard to the price of the Full synthetic oil, but the Mgr (Ron Head) did the best he could in regard to the pricing which was kind but the price I was quoted over the phone “should have been honored.” Very disappointed. His employees were professional and respectful.Topped off all my fluids and advised of some parts to be replaced which were extremely expensive to have them replaced there.
