I was given false information by the call center in regard to the price of the Full synthetic oil, but the Mgr (Ron Head) did the best he could in regard to the pricing which was kind but the price I was quoted over the phone should have been honored. His employees were also very professional and respectful. I also was given incorrect information for my $20 Valvoline Oil rebate but I have emailed all my info to get the rebate. I sincerely hope it will not be a problem.

The gentleman that helped us was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We had gotten a flat tire on the highway and he gave us options and got us in a soon as we could get there.

I hit a pipe on the highway and my front tire blew out, I called a tow service and waited @1 hour to be towed .They took me to Monroe on Lake avenue. The gentleman working that evening was so helpful even though it was closing time! He took the time to find the right tire and balance the tire. I am so appreciative of his helpfulness!! It was a very scary event for me and he took the time to help me.
