I got a flat tire and went to Monroe Auto Tires — they fixed it quickly and did an amazing job! The service was great, everyone was friendly and professional, and I was back on the road in no time. Definitely recommend them if you need tire work done!
They told me they would get it done the same day but kept my car over night with out informing me.
Scheduled an appt in the morning for 3:30pm to get tires. I looked online for their available tires they had in stock and saw ones i wanted so i booked with them through their online appointment system. When I arrived for my appointment i was told it would be a 2 hour wait until my car could be seen. Then I went to purchase their tires and they told me they didn’t have any tires in sets of 4 for my car. They had one brand with 3 tires and one brand that only had 1 tire.
