I purchased tires online on 7/23/25 and setup an appointment foe 8/2/25 at 12:30. When I arrived ar 12:20 I was told the appointment was running late due to new appointments made THAT MORNING and other walking, but my tires would be done around 5:00. They called at 5:30. They close at 6:00. I was told they didn't get to my tires. And would do them first car in the morning and would call as soon as they were done. The service was amazing and the employees were friendly! I would definitely highly recommend family and friends to visit there! I know i will be back again!!
I got a flat on Saturday afternoon and had to be in Boston Sunday evening! I have run-flats for my Mini Cooper and could not find anyone open but Monro! I was able to make an appointment online and they were able to see my first thing Sunday morning! The best part they were able to plug it and did not charge me anything! I am blown away! Thank you so much Monro! I will be back!
Manny and his team at the Monro in Enfield are fantastic. They are capable fair and honest. Manny communicated with me on what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. They have earned my trust and I will be taking all my vehicles there whenever the need arises.
Here in the middle of a road trip and they were able to take care of our tires and get us going.
