Terrible Customer Service
Fast service and I been using Monro for years
When I called the lady gave one price but when I got there it was more money
I called the number provided on Google. A lady with a heavy accent answered the phone. English is not my first language. Neither it’s hers. So I had some hard time to understand her. I told her I needed camshaft sensor for Subaru. She did not know what camshaft was, asked me to spell it multiple times, then she gave up on it and just started to schedule my appointment.
