Mike and his team are the best. I have been going to this location for years now. I live way in Bear Delaware, which is a 25 minute drive for me, just to go to let Mike and his team service my vehicles. Mike is one of a kind. He has such great customer service. As long as I am a resident in the state of Delaware, me and my family will have our vehicles serviced with Mike and his team. They're the best.
My husband and I have good rapport with the manager there, Mike Rousey. He is always so willing to help and answers whatever only-a-woman-would-ask questions. I would recommend that location only because of him. He is a good person and I have yet to see him not pleasant. He is truly an asset to Monro Auto.
