Went in for the synthetic oil change, brake check, and tire rotation. Advertised at $78. But my Highlander takes 5.8 quarts. So $17 more for the 0.8 quart. With tax it came to $135 or so. The $78 is after a rebate that can take up to 6 weeks to process. OK. So what did I get? I got a synthetic oil change. At least I think I did. How do I know for sure? I asked about the brakes.
