Had a horrible experience with the store Jensen in Michigan they literally put my Jeep Cherokee tires on my Buick regal took zero responsibility for it then I had to pay for them to take them off the Buick and I will never go back to that place again upon them putting my new tires on the Buick they didn’t even keep my tires with the right tires. I have been a customer of Monro for over 6 years. We have bought all of our tires here and have our routine maintenance done here as well. I used to rave about the excellent customer service, but my last visit was a pretty poor experience. It felt like there’s been some higher up changes that impacted the way the shop runs.
