Busy location where it appeared only one employee knew how to do everything and he was correcting all of the other service technicians. I was there for a 4 wheel alignment that took much longer than it should have, seeing only minor adjustments were needed. Tech did not test drive my vehicle. I drove it for 30 seconds and realized the vehicle tracked well but my steering wheel was more than 5 degrees out of alignment with the wheels. Was just passing thru i hit a curb so I needed to have them look at the tire they did and could not supply the right tire but did recommend Discount tires and Discount was came out check said it was ok
They fixed my brakes up on a holiday weekend without an appointment and I had to drive back to NC. The service manager was great and my brakes are perfect now.
I called ahead of time to confirm they would be able to inspect my ford e350 I gave them all of the I formation and even double checked they would be able to inspect it before I made an appointment. Well I showed up to the appointment and they said they could not inspect my ford e350. They wasted a ton of my time and lied about calling me back and leaving me a message.
Consistent, fairly priced, great people.
