Josh at Monro Tire identified good tires at a very reasonable price to replace the tires I had. They had them mounted and ready to go very quickly while I waited. It took just about 1 hour. Very well done.
BEWARE OF SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. I've been going here on and off for years and not once have I been able to get my tires simply patched. I was here recently with what I knew to be a nail in my tire. The guy at the counter who I will not name, once again said if we can patch it it'll be about 60 something dollars. Okay no problem, however anytime I've gone here to get my tires repaired for some magical reason it's always "Unfortunately the nail was on the inside of the tire and it can't be patched." Drop my truck said we're going to look at it for free then they call told me that they were going have to put on a machine it was going to cost 198.00 when didn't take my keys out of the envelope or the truck wasn't even moved. How can they look at it when truck was even started. Would not have work done. Only thing they are good for tires. Even then website give you one price show say something different wouldn't trust this company.If someone drop a truck off they sould stand behind there word at least start it up and look ... read more
Had a flat on a Saturday at 430 a ways from home. They were able to fix it and do so faster than they said. My one complaint is the number on Google goes to a call center, that's annoying, I was better off just going in person.
