Called to inquire about Pre purchase inspections & pricing, said they dont know because each car is different. I asked if they have just an estimate rage of cost rep was unwilling to give an estimate price before making appointment / bringing vehicle in. I told them unfortunately since I wont know a general price ill have to go else where , thanked them told them have a great day. I had a Dr appointment they squeezed me in. Gtreat service fair price
Had a flat tire in my trunk for my other car when i walked in. All i needed was a new tire put on the rim. There was 3 guys standing around talking and none could or wanted to help me when i asked for a new tire. It was 45mins before closing time with 1 truck in the garage. POOR customer service i DONT recommend anyone to go to this shop.
Thank you Monro Auto Service and Tire Center in Mount Holly NJ for saving our day! We were traveling from PA to South Jersey for a funeral and noticed our tire pressure light was on. We put the spare on and stopped at the store and dropped off the tire. We went to our funeral and stopped back at Monro on the way home. They had repaired the tire and put it back on our car. Thank you so much! You folks rock!
Went in for a nail in my tire. The person I'm assuming is the owner/boss had nothing but attitude towards me. He apologized, but regardless it left my feeling some type of way. My tire needed to be replaced, cost me $267. It was done within 45 minutes, so that was nice. And the other guy who did the fix, I think his name is Josh, he was really nice and got the work done pretty quick. From my initial experience I don't think I'd go back to get work done unless I needed it in a pinch.
