I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. Came in as a walk-in with a flat tire due to an issue with the valve. I've had on and off issues with my tires (which I did not purchase here, this was my first time at this location) and I was expecting more hassle and another expensive fix. They brought my car in right away, explained the issue to me and told me my options and pricing then let me choose and then fixed it immediately. They were patient and polite and I will definitely be going back again.
MR. Tire in Reynoldsburg was so nice and knowledgeable and for a first time customer it meant a lot and I will be a returning customer now
I called about my wife’s tire. She was at work and had hit a pothole on the way to work called me at lunch and said that she had a flat they got me right in and took care of everything at a good price. I strongly suggest this store everyone is so nice.
They need to get all of their computers linked together so they know your vehicle history no matter which one you choose. Hard to beat their prices on tires, but the mechanic pricing seems to be highway robbery. I would/will always go back for tires though
