Came here with a flat that Firestone said they couldn't patch (Read: they tried to upsell me into $800 new tire set) I called Monro and they said they'd take a look. Manager and Orin came out and both agreed it looked doable. Orin was able to patch it on the spot, and frankly agreed that it was a pretty standard patch, too. We had an issue mid-journey and had to crawl to any nearby garage. We didn't have an appointment but the front desk looked at the car immediately and got someone to fix the problem about 30 minutes later. They were very friendly, professional and helpful
Had a car issue while driving on the highway and needed some help fixing the car so I could keep driving it. The guys were great, very helpful and friendly, looked at my car very quickly and took care of the issue within a few minutes.
