My wife went to get tires installed on her jeep and was spoken to rudely by the covering manager. And was told “we will get to you when we get to you” when she showed up for her appointment. When she left the shop the tires were never balanced. Almost getting into an accident. I called and spoke to the manager and he gave me a total bs story as to what happened and refused to contact his district manager or compensate her for the behavior.
Friendly staff, and fair prices
I had the experience of awesome customer service today at Monro in Vernon. The technicians were invested in helping me resolve issues I was having with my vehicle. They actively listened to my concerns, were considerate, and importantly an individual named Devon advocated with the car warranty company on my behalf to ensure I received the service that was under warranty. I'm most appreciative.
Do not shop here if you respect your time. They will lie to you and string you along anyway they can. Truck went to 3 different monro muffler shops for warrantied work and 5 to 6 different attempts. Long story short its still not fixed and was assured it was a one day job. Please look up the other bad reviews and dont just take my word for it.
Wanted high mileage oil. Was given synthetic blend. Wish front office was more attended
