TJthe store manager helped me out got my vehicle in and out the shop in a timely manner. Great customer service
I had a flat tire just a couple of days after my installation, and I found myself stuck at the gas station next to the shop—unable to get any air into my wheel. Thankfully, TJ happened to be passing by on his own time while the shop was closed, and without hesitation, he stopped to help me. Terrible! I visited in 2024 to get 02 sensors, my CAT, & muffler replaced. 9 months later I'm back because my check engine light keeps going off, blowing a code for low CAT. Upon arrival, I was told they couldn't do anything because the check engine light was not on. We never cleared the code so that the ship could read it, and I had to stand my ground. I was then told it was probably O2 sensors & they could replace those. I told them I had everything replaced 9 months ago and they needed to take a look at my car. After insp... read more

TJ and Rodney saved my vacation! I was on my way to the airport when I had engine troubles. After limping to the Monro, the team quickly diagnosed the problem and started working on my car. They were able to get me back on the road within an hour and a half and I was able to catch my flight on time! In addition to getting the job done efficiently, TJ and Rodney were very friendly and explained the repair well. They even brought me into the shop to show me each step of the repair.
