Patrick and they guys were great. I came in for 1 tire left with two. Tire I came in for was showing thread, 2nd tire also I was unaware of its condition. They rotated the tires mounted 2 new one topped of fluids. I was on the road for business and probably would not have made it home. Thanks, guys.
I called to make an oil change appt and Bob (I think is his name) was nothing but rude and snotty during the entire conversation. I've used them for the past few years and have never had a problem up until now. I won't be using them again and I intend on letting people know about my experience.
What an easy experience. Everyone I spoke to at this location ( Westerville Rd) could not have been more helpful, and knowledgeable. And I thought the pricing was fair. My favorite part was NO HARD SELL ! Great experience
