LIES - I had a Groupon and booked a service. Straight away the dude at the front told me that my car required an additional quart of oil and I would have to cover taxes. This was an additional $25 bucks which I was told about up front and I appreciated. The service happens and I am told that my car needs brakes and rotors for all 4 tires. No detailed print out of brake pad thickness, tire tread, fluids, etc. No address on invoice so Valvoline would not accept for rebate for oil change. I had to go back for new invoice taking 45 minutes round trip from my home. No apology for inconvenience. Cost was as about as much as local car dealer.
They will inform you on whatever you need, and the deals for my car seem fair.
I forgot the gentleman‘s name but he has red here in a beard. He was absolutely helpful very polite and very professional. I will go nowhere else. That’s my new place on Atwood Avenue in Johnston. Thank you.
