Beware...My daughter brought her car in 2 months after she bought it because the brakes were squeaking. The told her she needed new brakes, rotors...everything. 2000. 3 months later she brought it in because of another sound. they told her it was the shocks. replaced only 2....1300. after they were replaced the car was in worse shape. Should have gone to the dealer
I went to Monroe auto and tire on the corner of Dewey and Latta to have a tire I bought at Walmart mounted. They mounted the tire quickly, But when I drove off I noticed my “door ajar” light was on. I pulled over and tried to open the rear driver side door to slam it shut, but it would not open. Monroe removed my door panel and broke the plastic clips holding the panel together. They also did not replace the panel covering the screw where the door handle is. I went back and told the manager and of course he said they didn’t ... read more
