THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST PLACE IN AMERICA TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE, THEY FIXED MY DAUGHTERS CAR, CHARGED HER TOO MUCH AND DID NOT FIX IT PROPERLY AND TOLD HER TO GO SEE THE DEALER FOR PROPER DIAG ON HER CAR AFTER THEY CHARGED OVER 500 TO FIX IT. NOW I CALL THEIR " CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. AND FIND OUT I AM SPEAKING TO SOMEONE IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY! THEY CANT SPEAK ENGLISH AND GAME ME THE RUN AROUND TO GET MY DAIGHTERS REFUND! Gentlemen was very nice, helpful, and had excellent customer service skills.
The mgr was good but Jose the tech pulled my car out without rotating my tires or checking air pressure,had to be told by me that he didn't rotate tires,don't know how to get $20 rebate
