I scheduled my appointment over the phone. I was sent an email confirmation saying to drop my car off on Monday between 1-7pm for an 11am appointment the following day. I dropped it off at 2:30pm and was told my appointment had been scheduled for 11 that day. I double checked my email and that was not the case. He scheduled me for 11am the next day. Came in because plastic underbelly of my 2019 Altima was unattached and dragging on the ground while driving. Monroe got me in immediately and had me out the door within five minutes. Thank you, Tim and Monroe staff for the expedited repair! Highly recommend this place for services.

I'd always assumed this was a business to avoid since it's a chain but boy was I wrong. We recently purchased a set of 4 tires from Amazon and decided to give this shop a try to mount and balance the tires. Amazon shipped the tires directly to the Monro shop and everything went just great from there. The store manager, Larry, is a terrific guy who is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
