I will be coming back ANY time i need service. Larry was AMAZING! I brought my van to 2 DIFFERENT shops to get an alignment TWICE, and neither time was my steering wheel straight when they "finished" and they gave me NO print out. So I decided to try Monroe, ANNNDD They got it PERFECT on the FIRST TRY and it took HALF THE TIME! And they gave me a printout showing how much it was out of alignment!! Went back today for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Excellent, fast service! The guys are very well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Monro is now our go-to. I'll be taking our other car in soon. I'd always assumed this was a business to avoid since it's a chain but boy was I wrong. We recently purchased a set of 4 tires from Amazon and decided to give this shop a try to mount and balance the tires. I was charged $1,400 for a service that was supposed to include a replacement of the alternator, belt, and battery. I was told my discount coupon couldn’t be applied because the price was already “discounted”—which I accepted. However, I later discovered that the battery was never replaced and is the same old one I had before. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable.
