I received unsatisfactory wheel alignment service requiring two visits, neither of which resolved the issue.
Never again took them two hours an half just to do an oil change smh
The location I had visited was locally to me but I should have listened to prior reviews. The employees were unprofessional. Myself and another patron felt like our cars were not being properly worked on. Specifically in my case- my vehicle came in for an oil change with a check engine light: they said I needed a new battery in my vehicle. After consulting with a family member they said that does not make sense but to proceed because they had some documentation. If I could I´ll give Zero stars – I will not be returning. Overpriced Parts: They charged significantly more for parts than the original manufacturer (I checked online). As a business, they should be able to secure competitive prices. Damaged Car: They broke a plastic piece underneath my car and failed to fix it. I only noticed because of a new noise that started afterward. Oil Leak Still Not Fixed: They were supposed to fix an oil leak, but my car is still leaking oil — now from a different location.
