Oof, where do I start…I normally don’t write reviews, but I had such a bad experience here. I had the first appointment of the day with nobody in line ahead of me. It took over 3 hours for an oil change. Additionally, once I was ready to check out, there was a transaction error, which delayed me another 30 min. I had to miss an appointment since it took so long. Then, within a month, my indicators were already showing that I needed more oil and coolant. I had an appointment and no one was at the counter when I arrived. There wasn't a person to be seen in the office or the service bay. Someone finally came from the service bay area, fully 5 minutes after I arrived. He pulled up my info by my phone number and then asked me for it twice more because of "computer issues." He asked what kind of oil I wanted and I told him, after which he tried to tell me my car would only take the full synthetic, which is more expensive, and not a blend. I would give this zero stars if I could. Prices quoted for replacing brakes were much higher than other shops, and a routine oil change was done incorrectly, leading to oil spraying throughout my engine. This was only noticed when I went to a different shop for more reasonably priced brake replacement, and required hundreds of dollars in repairs. Do NOT trust this place, it is not worth the risk.
