Long overdue review. Brought my Ford Edge in about a month ago for an alignment, but Monro found a few other major and potentially dangerous issues with the steering. Nigel, the manager, and his staff worked diligently and extensively to resolve the problems. He worked with me on pricing and was more than fair in the end. Despite being extremely short staffed, these guys go above and beyond! Highly recommend!! Just be patient as they hire more technicians to meet demand.
