I had to use Monro in a pinch because I needed brake pads that day for work. I was scheduled for an appointment for 3pm. 5 mechanics worked on my car (holy overhead!) because I was the only vehicle that day and now I understand why. From start to finish the work took 20 mins. The labor cost on my bill totalled $129 for 20 mins of work. In retrospect that would means labor cost would be an atrocious $387 an hour! They also offers to sell me tires buy one get one free.
