The staff was extremely friendly and efficient! They had me out within the hour and even helped me save some money on the services. Plus, they were fun to talk to! 10/10!

Made an appointment to have the brakes check that they installed - brakes sound terrible after just 10k miles. On appointment I said I would wait for the truck. When in get there, they can't take me because they had another vehicle on the lift since the day before and won't move it. Why didn't you call me and reschedule yesterday?! Work done on my car was done quickly and efficiently; turnaround time very good. Associate was personable and efficient. Would recommend Monro for basic maintenance on my vehicle.
I needed my new license plate put on because i didn't have the right tool to do the job. No appointment, no wait and he changed it for free. Thank you so much!!!
