Excellent staff, front and back off house
My muffler disconnected today without warning, and Audi quoted the repair at $1100. Justin at Monroe took my call, made room in his schedule, and his team fixed it by the end of the day for a third of what Audi wanted. They really went above and beyond when I was in a tight spot. Thanks! Update: Still going here for all our cars. Still getting great, honest service. Nothing like the continual issues we had with the Boys across the street...
