I bought 4 new tires a month ago after coming in for a flat that could not be repaired. I also had alignment done. The mechanics and sales manager were kind, efficient and helpful in explaining and showing me what was going on in my car. I scheduled an oil change a day in advance for 2:30 PM and arrived early at 2:19. When I told the staff member I had an appointment, he responded, “Well, it’s not 2:30,” which felt dismissive. He then told me the manager had just left “to get oil” and that nothing could be done until the manager returned. By 2:45, there was still no update. Horrible!! Do not take your car there. The price gulch is insane and don't bother making an appointment cause they take every advantage they can.
Fast service and a great price. Jj the manager was amazing to work with and made the process stress free.
