Horrible!! Do not take your car there. The price gulch is insane and don't bother making an appointment cause they take every advantage they can. Update: take car to Rt. 8 Service Auto. Saved myself over $300.00 getting my front brakes and rotors done. Very professional & clean place.. definitely recommend

I bought 4 new tires a month ago after coming in for a flat that could not be repaired. I also had alignment done. The mechanics and sales manager were kind, efficient and helpful in explaining and showing me what was going on in my car. This week I got a new flat tire and brought it to Monro since I had their road hazard protection. 2 different guys tried but could not find the leak. I scheduled an oil change a day in advance for 2:30 PM and arrived early at 2:19. When I told the staff member I had an appointment, he responded, “Well, it’s not 2:30,” which felt dismissive. He then told me the manager had just left “to get oil” and that nothing could be done until the manager returned. By 2:45, there was still no update.
