I was in a big jam getting stuck with two flats 5hrs from home and these guys helped immediately! Personable, respectful, and did a quick great job! Could not say enough good things about the man in charge, working the front desk!!
Days before our vacation, our replacement license plate and registration arrived. When removing the old plate, the head of one of the screws snapped off. It needed drilled and tapped because the threads were rusted so badly. I called at least 10 other places and they either didn’t have the equipment or no availability. Thank you so much to MIKE & JOSH for going above and beyond to help my husband and I during an emergency situation after dropping off my car. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and jumping in when we needed help. We appreciate it so much! I will continue to come to this Monro branch because of the employees who offer great customer service and fair recommendations.
I have come here a couple of times now for inspection, oil change, tire change and Sachit has been great, quick, and super friendly.
