The new manager Chris is a great professional person if you news anything done I would say go and ask for him. He is the reason for the high start rating I would have gave it 5 but there is a guy that works there that goes by the name JC (Charles Automotive) he is horrible he did a part for me at his house and it went bad turned around and said he didn't do it (I have next message proof that he did) very unprofessional. Where do I start...monroe on rodi road DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR.. I took my car there to get a rack and pinion replaced.they took payment from my warranty company,never performed the work.i took my complaint to customer service,did everything I was told to do,now im getting the run around from them.not only the work wasn't done,they forged my signature to seek payment from my warranty company.ive been dealing with monoe as long as I been driving,now im forced to go elsewhere to get my brakes done,I'm afraid I will get ripped ... read more
