My vehicle would not start and I had it towed to this location on a Friday. They continuously never reached out for updates. I had to contact them. They told me I believe it was an electrical issue with the fuel pump. After having my car until the following Tuesday, at that point they decided to tell me that they don't assist with electrical work and when I asked for an email of what was going on this is it around 5:00 p.m. so that I could have the car towed to the dealer so I could actually have a vehicle. I went on Monday, I was glad they were open on Memorial Day. I was in and out in an hour which was so fast. No issues everyone was so nice and respectful. Definitely coming back!
I used the online services to schedule my appointment for the same day, when I walked in and was greeted by an older gentleman and he got me checked in and was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable with the questions that I had about my state inspection! I will definitely be going back for all my car needs and I would recommend you do the same!
