Bad customer service I didn’t like the male employee with a scaring on his face, nor did I like the female that answered the phone no one ever called me about my vehicle I had to call twice dropped it off before opening at 8:30a called about it 11a no call to troubleshoot my issue called back at 3p car was ready no one ever called me and My car still needs to get repaired. All day oil change.

The location is in a urban neighborhood surrounded by several eateries a gas station a dollor store and pharmaceutical store. The facility is dirty and needs exterior facelift. The staff did not display satisfied customer service by greeting customer (me). But, the work service was fast. Although my scheduled appointment was 11:30 a.m. on 1/2/2020, upon my arrival @10:00 they began to work on my car. I will recommend this place for car care service.

Came in today for a oil change at monro on 55th young lady name Ms. Helmey she did a great job and her customer skills is awesome
