Quick and thorough WV Inspection and friendly employees.
From a mom of a college student and being 10 hours from her. These employees took an upset girl and help ease her mind. They gave her not only the fix for her car but knowledge as well. I heard them through the phone very polite and helpful employees. Thank you for helping my daughter, its nice to know there is still good in this world.

I have been taking my 2016 Kia Sportage to Monroe and Benwood, West Virginia since 2017 with excellent service. unfortunately, on 3/27/2026 They overcharged me! Called to talk with Service men they ended up hanging up on me. I left a message on the Customer Service department that same day and have never heard back from them. I will never go back there and I will definitely let my family and friends know the terrible service that I received.
