Fast and efficient
Staff was friendly and helpful as always, I’m a young woman who doesn’t know very much about cars, so the fact they’re honest and willing to explain everything to me in a way that makes sense means a lot.
The gentlemen were kind, honest, and helpful. Someone was always available to answer calls or assist me at the desk. The part arriving took longer than anticipated, but the mechanic work quickly to replace the part. I had to return to the shop due to a minor concern and he completed the quick fix on the spot. The price was fair for the part and labor.
Great Associates and Team at this location. Reasonable prices but the Associates are what makes it a great business, been loyal customer for many years. The problem I don’t like and needs to be addressed is new answering and scheduling procedure. I called and got someone I could barely understand, told them I wanted make an appointment with Benwood Team, she kept directing me to another one in Wheeling. I hung up after a back and forth. I had a hose come off the engine. We tried putting it back on, but the moment I got back on the highway it came off again! So I took it in and they fixed it !!!!
