II took my 2016 Chevy Express van to Monroe in Burnham on Wednesday Judy 8 to get my air conditioner fixed.After a few hours I was told I had to leave it overnight because they didn't have the parts.I was not given an estimate on a price. Thankful and grateful don’t even begin to cover our experience. I don’t know the gentlemen’s name that helped us, but he was awesome! On 7/10, my family and I are traveling and passing through. My low tire pressure light came on and we were in a serious bind. My wife searched for a repair facility still open and we found this Monro location. We pulled in at 6:35 when the shop closed at 7. We really appreciate the employees at Munro. We are also grateful they were open on the 4th of July. Ran over something on Friday night a hour before they closed when crossing a railroad track and tire deflated immediately. We were camping in the area. Took the tire to them and they were able to patch it. Thank you Georgie for helping us out on the 4 th of July!
I drove down from State College with friends for a pre-purchase inspection and we were helped immediately. The service was thoroughly professional. The mechanic went through each and every issue with us, and we ended up not buying the car due to the transmission (there was a fluid leak, even though the seller told us it had been replaced and worked perfectly).
