Paul and his tech team were excellent, would recommend to anyone in need of tires!
Good service but not up front about discounts and additional fees. Felt like a 'bait and switch" on a tire promotion that was for 4 tires for the price of three, but they gave me a different tire that was much less discounted. And the service was supposed to include a free alignment. My bill showed a free alignment, but I then I was charged the exact same fee for a different kind of alignment. Two alignments?? I won't go back.
Employees were respectful and honest and upfront about my truck. Did quality work in a timely manner. Would recommend. FYI schedule an appointment over the phone and hit option 2, not 1, and it will connect you directly to the shop.
Had one of the guys help me change my tire super helpful thank you. Appreciate it a lot.
