I generally get decent service when I come here. The people are nice. Just know, their call center will book an appointment for you without knowing if anyone can be there to work on your vehicle. Just happened to me when I got a flat tire. I showed up and everyone had already gone home for the day. Don’t press 1 for the call center. Press 2 to talk to a real human at the Peters location.
A Saturday morning nearly flat tire due to a bolt being stuck in it, was taken care of swiftly, with care and everyone was so pleasant. The tire was plugged within an hour and the cost was very reasonable. Being that I was a walk-in, I appreciated being taken care of right away.
The in person staff is wonderful! Not crazy about the large company booking over the phone.
Customer service is second to none. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly vehicle was returned in a timely manner.
Aaron and Bob were right on schedule with my truck service. I was in and out in under an hour. Great bunch of guys…
