I wished there was a way to select no or negative stars for this review. I took my Honda Civic to them to fix an issue with the car starting. They diagnosed and recommended that I replace the battery and the alternator. Day 2 and 3, no updates from the store. When I called them to check, I was told that its ready. I pick up the car in the evening and drove barely 5 miles before it stopped again. These guys have always treated my vehicles well. They installed one set of Tire Rack tires, and the process was seamless. I have also purchased tires from them and had them installed. Their prices were close to online, but they have great benefits if you buy through them. I highly recommend these guys!
Appointments are totally worthless here. 11am state inspection and was told it’ll take a few hours before their inspector would get to it. No point in making an appointment. Just go to NTB down the road
