I scheduled an appointment for a state car inspection for 3:30. I rolled up a few minutes early and went inside. The front desk guy asked what he could do for me today. I told him I had an appointment for 3:30 for a state car inspection. He asked if I meant to drop it off for tomorrow. I told him no, I have an appointment for today. Clear your schedule! Front staff was nice but my state inspection appointment (not walk in) took almost two and a half hours, and they had no feedback on how to cut that down for next year. There were a few cars but no one was rushing and no other customers were there waiting (I imagine they know better, but I didn’t have a ride) so it didn’t seem very busy. I’ll be doing more research again to find somewhere quicker.
They did the bare minimum. After paying $1480 in services , there was no thank you and didn’t even bother to get off his stool to bring the car around. Not only was it around back but on top of a hill Zero customer service
