I have had 2 recent visits here and boy oh boy it has changed ALOT since the last time I’ve been there. I had my brake pads done and was quoted 80 for front and 80 for back because I had my own brake pads, over the phone that’s what I was told then I received my bill and it was around 380 ish dollars so definitely not transparent with quotes, I would just go somewhere else if you want to be treated fairly just my honest opinion.
Terrible service had my car sitting there for 3 day for them to tell me that they can't work on it and on top of that they ran all my gas out. Never again
Took my suv for a full diagnostic Ed and his Mechanics did a great job Figuring out the issue.and also gave me a full report of other smaller issues I have to take care of on my vehicle. great staff great people definitely going back thank you guys.
I take my cars only to Monroe. The service is wonderful. The men that work there are extremely knowledgeable and very nice.
