Scheduled 3 appointment over the past year for different issues. Each time I go in for my scheduled time and they can’t do it. Manager said he can see the appointments come in but apparently doesn’t feel like calling if they won’t be able to do it unlike other places who at least give a call. Aside from the poor appointment management, they will try and squeeze every dollar out of you and tell you 20 things are wrong with your car just to up charge.
Terrible customer service, they won’t tell you if your not able to wait for your scheduled waiting appointment until arriving saying it’s 5 hours. Used to have the whole family bring our cars here but now with the way they try to squeeze you and this awful customer service none of us will be going here anymore.
I initially brought my 2018 Buick Regal to Cicero Monro a few years ago because they would mount new tires on my 19" custom rims and was so pleased by the interaction with the manager/owner and the tech I brought that and my 2020 Opel Insignia GSi to that shop ever since. The manager/owner was a nice guy and not only was he a "car enthusiast" (believe it or not that's a rarity) but treated me fairly and priced things fairly.
