Happy to report customer service is alive and well at Monro in Cicero. Prompt, efficient, courteous . Pricing was much better than the other two estimates I got at a local place, and another regional garage. Office was clean and even smelled good!! Thanks to the guys there. We'll be back!
The reason nobody’s there as far as customers is because the attitude from the employer Employer gets in my car sits on the seat and he’s covered in grease like his back pockets are black when I asked why would you do that? He said oh there’s only grease on the front of me.!!!
I had a great experience at Monro Auto Service! They put new tires on my car quickly and efficiently. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and I liked that there’s a glass window where you can see them working on your car. The whole process was smooth and professional — I’ll definitely come back for future services.
