If giving zero stars were possible I would. A few years ago, I brought my car in for an inspection. They told me I had an exhaust leak, and they said I needed to replace the Y pipe. I paid for the job, over 900 dollars, and they welding the pipe and sent me on my way. I, unknowingly drove my car for the next few years with the leak that burst open after a week, to be told at the same shop that I needed my Y pip replaced. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
Would give a 0 star review if i could. I had 4 appointments set up to get my car inspected and 3 of them the guy “didnt show up” and the last one they “ran out of stickers”. They dont give you a courtesy call to let you know, they wait until you take PTO and drive there to tell you about it. Really unprofessional.
I booked an appointment online for 11:00 am and received a confirmation email that it was confirmed. I showed up on time only to be told the mechanic was alone that day, and he couldn't guarantee he would be able to fit me in before the end of the day. I wish I had read the other reviews prior to wasting my time.
monro is the worst ever, i dropped my car off and they broke it and made it bad, my friend JACOB did the same thing and they made his car worse. terrible scammers
Showed up on my only day off for an inspection and the guy is off that day? Make It make sense. Disappointed monroe, do better
