The man who helped me was personable and helpful.
Went early for my 11am appointment wanted to talk about buying a new tire also. NOBODY THERE!! Called the number on the door and it got me to an operater who informed me that it should be open. Finally some kid shows up with a story about having his tooth removed etc, etc. He sold me a tire, now mind you he's alone. Takes my vehicle in change the oil and filter, remove my spare and remount new tire, balance etc. Do a courtesy inspection. In and out in 20 minutes ! We dropped my brother’s car off to have brakes done. It’s been on the lift for 3 days with no updates. He has missed appointments, work events, etc. and no one is helping. The guy left a 3pm the other day and didn’t come back. Do not recommend….
