People who took my call were very nice! We were having trouble with our van starting, likely a problem with the battery. I got an appointment booked for 11-1pm drop off at the Waukesha site and when I arrived with my vehicle at 12:50pm I found the doors locked and no one there. The call center attempted to get ahold of someone but wasn’t able to. It’s unfortunate, this was already out of our way but we figured we would have it looked at on Sunday before a busy week- all we got was an extra 30 mins driving and no one to look ... read more
I called other places in town, all I got was neglected answering machines or call centers. When I called Monro, someone at the actual location answered. They helped me out the same day and enabled me to keep driving to work. Customer service was great and I'm going to consider them next time.
