Updated: I was a very loyal repeat customer and with this last vist I will no longer be returning. I was charged $498 for a headlight replacement that should have cost me no more than $250. I paid 3 times the amount for a bulb I could buy at AutoZone at retail price $150. I paid over $350 for a singular headlight bulb. This was my first experience with Dave and it will be my last. Extremely rude moody guy, maybe because Im hispanic and a woman. He was very mad I was there for my tire guess doesn't want my business First and last time will be there.
The guys at Monro are great. I've taken two older (1979, 1987) cars to them for some pretty big jobs including brakes, clutch, and exhaust. Both times they called me the day I dropped the car off with a quote and in both cases my car was ready for pickup the next day. Amazing. Will use again.
I was a customer for you for a very very long time I recently went in since then left and the tragic loss of Nick things were very very strange nobody was working one guy inside will look like he hated his job and I just didn't get the same welcoming feeling and didn't really trust that my car would get repaired properly so I did not go back which is very sad for me because I lived in this community for 30 years and told everybody about your company it was just a nice sense of not feeling like I was getting taken advantage o... read more
