Very kind people, understanding, and above all else, great at what they do
Needed 2 low profile tires mounted on my alloy wheels. I asked if they would be able to do it without damaging the wheel and they assured me they could. It is clear that a tool was used to remove the tire as there are gouges all around the inside lip. Overall not happy with my experience and do not appreciate being lied to.
The quality of service certainly exceeded the price paid. I was offered service from a shop in Milwaukee, however while the price was equivalent, that shop offered me a used tire while Munro provided a brand new tire for an equivalent price.
