I had a Left rear tire losing air. I found Monro open on Memorial Day and made an appointment for 3 pm and was taken in right on schedule even though they were very busy. My tire had a side wall tear and tires had to be ordered. I was told the tires would be there the following day around 1 PM and they were. Very pleased with service and personnel.
They have not done DMV emission testing for over 8 years, regardless what google says.

Took my SUV for an oil change They said I needed a new ball joint. While I appreciate them getting it done with the same day it's now making a loud clunking noise that wasn't there when I brought it in. It sounds like something is lose I should not have to pay extra for work that wasn't done right
