Not thrilled with my tire swap. I ordered tires online and had them shipped directly to Monroe. I spent a couple extra bucks on nice tires and I had read good reviews about this place. It may seem nit picky, but all of the adhesive from the old weights was left on the rim, and one rim had a couple flakes taken out from where the impact slipped. Very helpful got us in right away due to a damaged tire.
Dropped it off 3 weeks ago was supposed to get new ball joints n front end but was quoted over $1000 so I was going to take it somewhere else, then it wouldn't start. Mind you i drove it there. So I left it with him so he can get it running obviously n he doesn't communicate anything to me the mechanic isn't even answering my calls. Then when I call the shop number somebody else tells me they can't figure it i need to take it somewhere else.
