James and his staff of one were attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. This is the second time I’ve visited the store in the past few months and will return in the future.
I would NEVER, and I do mean NEVER recommend anyone to go to this shop. I went in to get my back brakes serviced as they were grinding. Initially I was told $421, then if I needed a caliper that it would over $600. Then he tells me it'll be $860 for 2 brakes. I called to get an estimate from Midas, they asked me a question pertaining to my vehicle i didn't know, so I asked the man servicing me and he asks me "who are you on the phone with?"
