Everything went smoothly and got new tires at a reasonable price.
The guys who work there are so funny and nice. I went in at the last minute for an alignment on a Saturday and instead of being rude or stand offish they treated me like I had an appointment they were late gettin to. I have a few other things that need taken care of and without a doubt they are who I'm going to Most def recommend
I had a severe grinding when I applied my brakes and it was found out that I needed rotors and brake pads. During the repair, we found out that there were two pegs that were stuck and needed special attention in order to continue the repair. The whole process was handled so professionally that I would recommend this store to anybody.
Super frustrating experience here. I came in for routine oil change and tire rotation and was told I needed new tires. After purchasing the tires and being told they will install— I booked the appointment only to be told my “appointment was booked too late in the day”. How would a customer know that? The customer service team should be equipped to make those decisions. Then, Patti (store manager) looked at my vehicle and said their machine “couldn’t handle my tires anyway”. Brian, the manager, took amazing care of me. Busted my car on a pothole in my neighborhood got me in first thing on a Saturday and had me all fixed up and good to go in a couple hours. He is a truly kind and personable man who makes you feel like you aren't at a corporate shop. Thank you for your service to my car and our country and I will definitely be back!
