I was just in there with a Groupon to get a tire alignment. I was told I would have to pay $50 in store at the end of the service IN ADDITION TO the $90 Groupon that I had purchased. When I told him that didn’t make any sense and that would mean that there was no 30–40% off he told me “I don’t know what to tell you that’s what it tells me to do“ and without getting off of his stool or bothering to call anybody or ask, he let me walk out the door unhappy. Absolutely incredible service. I came in with an issue from another shop and they helped fix the problem. They were very friendly very fast and professional. My car was clean when they were done with it and my problem was taken care of. I appreciate their service. I’ve only been to them once but with service like that I will most likely be back again. So far so good.
I was traveling and unexpectedly hit something on Route 30 that required a tow and me selecting a nearby tire service provider on the fly. It was my extreme good luck to have found Patti Huston at Tire Choice. Patti heard my distress when I called, explained my situation, and asked if she could provide service. She confirmed that she had tires in stock to fit my car and that when the tow truck arrived she would provide immediate service so I could continue on my journey. Would not recommend for anyone they did Brakes and rotors I got my vehicle back and the parking break didn't work so I called them they said it was not because of them
Car is now leaking oil after my oil change. I now have to go back again to see if they can figure out the problem.
