Called the number provided for the store to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Directs me to a call center (weird) and schedules me for 5:00pm later that day to have work done. Get to the store, just to be told they cannot perform the work that day because they are backed up (which is fine), but it is a very poor business practice to schedule appointments without verifying that you are able to commit the appointment time for the customer. This place is great! They actually have decent folks that are honest working for them. No crazy lies to ding your wallet. All the prices are super fair and real!!!! Patty and Nathan are wonderful humans and both are so talented ots amazing !!! Definitely the go to car shop if you want honest hard working folks and want to be treated right !!!
