Patti was so kind on the phone & in person and made everything super simple to understand, best experience I’ve ever had taking my car to a shop. The service was efficient, dropped my car off and picked it up within a few hours & the cost was reasonable. I will definitely come back & continue to recommend to friends & family
Great customer service they got my car in the same day and replaced all 4 tires!
My overall experience was great. The receipt is not written in a way that is easy to understand what I was exactly charged and for what. I was never told about a “Shop Supply Fee” which was $40. Other than that, my service was great, reliable and done in a timely manner. I will continue to take my car here for future services.
This location is fantastic! They have always been fair, kind, compassionate and professional. It’s nice to have a car place to go to where you don’t have to worry about getting screwed over. I also LOVE that a woman works there too! She’s fantastic and so caring! It definitely adds to my comfort being a non car savvy lady myself! Can’t say enough nice things about this location, they’ve come in clutch for us when it really mattered most!
