Brought a car in for brakes. First I called ahead and made an appointment. They said they would order the parts so that they could do it while I waited. Showed up at the appointment time and it went downhill from there. Not only did they not order the parts, they tried to quote me literally double the estimate that they gave me on the phone. Poor customer service
Went to pick up my car at 5pm after dropping it early in the morning to get work done just to find that they haven't even touched it. Manager was unreachable apparently because he couldn't be contacted, no one apologized for this even i had to uber back and forth. They just handed my keys back.
Charlie the store manager and his staff really made me comfortable while getting work done on my car . Thanks I will be returning.
