Had an 11a waiting appointment for oil change that was already moved once. Arrived on time and still was going to be at least* a 2 hour wait

Unreliable mediocre shop just like the rest in this area. Made an inspection appointment online for a Tuesday evening. I got a call shortly after that their “inspection machine was down” and asked to reschedule. I understand stuff happens. Mark offered Thursday and Friday at 6pm instead. He stated the machine would certainly be fixed by then and said Friday evening would work best - so I accepted. Get another call Friday afternoon “our inspection machine is broken we’ve gotta cancel your appointment”. I’ve already heard this... read more
They drove my truck in their massively non maintained parking lot with HUGE potholes and caused damage to a new 100k plus vechicle. Bent a rod, and damaged a wheel bearing, then tried to charge me for the damage they caused. I consented to an inspection, not an off roading test drive. Highly non trustworthy mechanic. Stay away.
