Went in for an inspection, car was fine. Left with a 2000 dollar bill. Avoid shop at all costs
Dillon was great to work with always exceptional service at this location.
Had an appointment set for a vehicle inspection for 6:30pm, with the shop closing at 7pm. When I arrived they refused to perform the inspection, while being very rude an unprofessional. The appointment was made with a representative from this shop over the phone. Do not offer a service you cannot provide, and if you make a mistake, own up to it instead of making it the customers fault. I will NOT be going here again.
Had an 11a waiting appointment for oil change that was already moved once. Arrived on time and still was going to be at least* a 2 hour wait
They were able to patch a tire for me same day for under $35. Appreciate that very much!
