Went in for inspection today, they took 40 mins to inspect my car, they ended up failing my inspection cause my wipers is no good,They didn’t talk to me the whole time,After they failing my inspection and they said they tried to change the wipers for me but they out of stock, Asked me if I want to make an appointment for tomorrow and they would order the wipers for me, Cmon AutoZone is less than 5 mins away, before failing my inspection, they could communicate with me and let me know they out of stock and offer me to go get ... read more
Unfortunately, Brian, the manager, was all alone that day. He was involved in two other cars at the time and fit my inspection in as he could. 85 degrees at the time and he was deliberate and sure about the task. I take my buisness there because I am treated with respect and I give the same.
Usually the place I go to get all of my vehicles worked on for problems, tires and maintenance. This time however my daughter bought her car in because her check engine light was on and she ended up leaving in tears. They checked the light and found an evap code, she explained she had already changed the gas cap after they stated that could be the issue.
