I made an appointment for an oil change. A simple basic oil change. 2 1/2 hours later I called them and the girl said it would be going in next. An hour after that I called again and the lady said it still hadn’t been done. She literally told me other cars that walked in were more important and she assumed it wasn’t a big deal. I had an appointment for 9 AM for an inspection and I failed the inspection due to needing two new front tires. The technician stated only the two tires in the front would need to be changed in order to pass the inspection. He quoted me $483 For the two tires in the front. I left, went to a different tire place and which I got two new tires for the front as he requested.
