I've been to Monroe a few times prices are higher for same services as shops around them I've had mixed experiences using their services
I was a little shaky about going to this location since the manager in Chester is nasty but I gave it a try really good mechanics
don’t go here unless u wanna get scammed and leave with dents on your car :) get some actual professionals in here… wont even take responsibility for something they clearly did.
Johan saved me from a very inconvenient pothole incident; kind, transparent, and quick to get it done! Monroe auto is the BEST place you can go in a pinch
Very friendly and professional staff, which is attentive and provides prompt service. They took extra time to explain things to me and answer my questions. Their prices seem to be fairly competitive, based on the limited services I’ve had done there so far. (I had a full-synthetic oil change and had my windshield wipers replaced, in two separate visits.)
