Quick and easy. First time going there. Staff was friendly and respectful. Went with a Groupon and there was no difference between me and other regular clients. Definitely the new service center for my Venza.
I have used monro muffler on Dolson Ave for YEARS as has my family. We will NEVER step foot in there again. They attempted to scam me out of over 1600!!!!!! Ripped my inspection sticker off and told me I needed all new breaks and tires....which I got from them a year ago!!!!! The dolson ave mobro muffler has gone down hill in the past few months. I drove my non stickered car to another mechanic who told me my tires and brakes are fine. And passed my car inspection. Shame on Monro!!!
Got me in three days earlier than expected, excellent work all good as new!
Don't bother scheduling an appointment online because it's not communicated with the store. No acknowledgement from the woman behind the desk. She was too busy on her phone. I've been coming here for years. I was Unable to get a scheduled oil change today to having the inspector not show up on prior occasions for scheduled inspections, I am going to have to seek another service provider.
