I brought my car on 04/11/23 to Monro at 980 central for oil change. The technican drove my car in and out of the oil change area caused a scratch on the driver side. I brought the car to them and they refused to admit the incident. Be aware. Please check your car before drive it.

My name is Tami L Farrow I live at Zephyr Lane Saratoga Springs NY 12866, for years I have been brutally harassed by all of the employees at Monro in Saratoga. Why, because I called the district manager Joe Downey and we became friends because of our children we were studying what was making us all sick and dying approx 2017. I would give a 0 if it were an option. Spent the better part of my day on the side of the road due to my car having no oil in it ONE MONTH after getting an "oil change" at the Monro Hyannis Mass. location.

I sent my mom and sister out to get a car inspected yesterday. Now understand this is a California car without a spot of rust on it top or bottom, a newly rebuilt engine, new brakes rotors, and calipers on all 4 corners. The folks at Monroe on Western ave just seen 2 older women asking for an inspection. They told them the car was unsafe to drive because it was so rusty, needed brakes, a tierod end, and of all things a head gasket. My wife has a coupon for oil change and rotation, she takes her car in for oil change and tire rotation today, I told her to watch if they rotated the tires and they did not. She questions the service mgr Cody Parker once the service was completed and she tells him the tires were not rotated and he says the car only has 18k miles so it's not needed. Complete BS! Tire mfg's recommend every 6-8k miles. Her invoice shows the tires were rotated but the were not. $64.78 for an oil change.

My daughter's car had a slow leak (1-2 lbs per day) in one of the tires and we decided to take Monro Muffler up on their offer on free tire plugs. My daughter scheduled an appointment and went during the day with my wife. The report was a small puncture in the sidewall, could not plug it, and we would need a new tire, which they quoted. I have visited the monro muffler service in Guilderland on numerous occasions for various work to be done on mine and my girlfriends car and usually are very satisfied, however whenever a problem has occurred Jim (the manager) always made good for it and corrected the situation. Thanks Jim for your courteous treatment and honesty.
