Service technician was very kind an relayed information correctly! One note the waiting area is extremely dirty!
Dave was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my car. He was professional and made sure the problem was solved.
Dave at Monro was great to work with. I was in Hamburg for a few days for a horse show and he got me in quickly and made sure my brakes were fixed before I had to haul my horse trailer back home. He explained things to me and even showed me the worn parts that needed replacing. Monro was also hundreds of dollars cheaper than the first place I tried. Highly recommend Hamburg Monro!!!
Best customer service around. I would t go anywhere else for an inspection. All staff were friendly store was clean. 10/10
