I called and made an appointment for NYS inspection and to look into a check engine light. I show up to find out that their inspection equipment “was down”. Last straw for me with this shop. What is your time worth?
I took my car in for an alignment Craig was super friendly git my car right in and done very quick. Thank you.
The guys at the shop were great, but the call center is not effective. Made an appointment for an inspection, but the machine was down. The garage has no way of knowing what service is scheduled if you use the call center, otherwise they would have called and saved me a trip in. Fortunately, they were able to get me in later in the day.
So grateful for the consistent quality support with my never ending curse of tire issues. I swear I need stock in tire shares. Everyone has been helpful, kind, and quick!
